Important information

On the first and subsequent treatments, the details of the person being treated will need to be taken along with brief details of any current medical issues.  This is a legal requirement for the protection of the client and the practitioner.  All information given whether verbal or written is in complete confidence and all records are kept secured under the guide lines of the Data Protection Act.  These records may be updated with each visit and can not be shown to anyone without the written permission of the client involved.
